Our exclusive Mirror Bar, a jewel box of a bar, is perfect for you to enjoy pre-dinner cocktails or a late-night drink. The sumptuous bar is created in a style reminiscent of the hotel’s Victorian heritage, finished in a selection of decorative mirrors. We serve delicious cocktails, the best champagnes and some of the finest cognac available.
Our bar is intimate and tranquil and our staff are on hand to ensure that all your needs are catered for.

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Salvatore Maggio as Head Mixologist at our stylish Mirror Bar. Salvatore brings fifteen years of experience to the role with an employment portfolio that features some of the most prestigious venues in the country, including The Cumberland, the Blue Bar at the Berkeley, and Morton's Club in Mayfair.
Salvatore fell in love with the art of bartending as a teenager, pursuing this passion at bartending school. He went on to enter various competitions around the world that he says "bolstered my knowledge and skills, whilst helping me create and personalise my own style". In 2007 Salvatore was awarded Bartender of the Year, winning the coveted Galvin Cup first prize in the professional category. Come and try Salvatore's latest concoction.
